If you missed the webinar— or web conference— presented by Sean Williams, PhD, Clemson University, you may find the PDF of his presentation useful. More useful, of course, was the interaction available to those who linked to the conference from the BP Energy Center or from a home office.

Sean Williams is an Associated Professor, Professional Communication and Rhetoric at Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina. His research focuses on Web-based communication and its intersection with workplace communication.
